Tiered Level System of Care

With the passage of a healthcare provider law in July 2014, additional options for senior care are now available, enabling properly staffed assisted living centers to offer higher levels of care.

We have an engaged team of skilled caregivers, (certified nursing assistants and licensed nurses) that offer tiered levels of care to better meet residents’ individual needs.

Service Levels

Individualized Resident Service Plans are created by a registered nurse. Our caregivers are oriented to each residents’ care needs and receive ongoing education related to patient safety.  A minimum of two caregivers are on duty at all times.  A nursing evaluation is completed to establish the appropriate level of care.  After admission, an evaluation is completed every three months to re-examine an individual’s current level of care.

  • Level One: Minimal Assistance
  • Level Two: ADL Supervision/stand by assistance
  • Level Three: ADL Care
  • CARE +: Therapeutic Diet, Increased assistance with ADL Care including mobility
